Refund policy
ELIRAY strictly follows a no-refund policy. Our quality assurance team at Eliray ensures that all products are thoroughly checked before they are sent to our customers. We want our customers to be confident and happy once they receive our products so they love it each time they wear it.
However we are humans and errors are to be expected, despite efficient quality control and checks in place there can still be a mistake in the order.
Faulty Item
Firstly, we are extremely sorry that you received a faulty item. We try our very best that nothing slips through our very strict quality control.
In case you have received a faulty item, contact us within 2 days of receiving the order at support@eliray.net. Kindly write your order number and attach the pictures of the faulty item.
We will send you the replacement or give you store credit - depends on the availability of each product
We will ask you to send us the faulty item back but don’t worry, we are going to cover the shipping cost.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
* Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
* The item is not in its original packing
* The product is damaged because of use.
* The product has tampered.
* Anything is missing from the package including pouch or insert, jewellery box, tags (ring size sticker)
At Eliray, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis to be fair to our customers and the business.
